Elements @ The Okura Prestige Bangkok Hotel

Elements @ The Okura Prestige Bangkok Hotel is inspired by the famous Michelin two-star Ciel Bleu restaurant at the Hotel Okura Amsterdam, Elements represents a new generation of lifestyle dining. The restaurant caters to cosmopolitan guests seeking gourmet food and an exceptional atmosphere without the restraints of traditional fine dining.

Elements offers an intimate and engaging dining experience. The open kitchen gives diners an ‘up close and personal’ feel for the skills and expertise of our Chef de Cuisine Henry Jordan and his team. This creates, in effect, a culinary theatre at the very heart of the restaurant.

The food at Elements, best described as ‘modern international’, emphasises lightness and intensity; contrasting textures, temperature, flavours and colours presented in ways that allow diners to savour each beat of flavour before moving to the next experience. The menu, refreshed with each season, utilises the freshest available products based on the four elements of earth, air, fire and water.

Elements hosts regular ‘Food is Art’ presentations highlighting the skills and expertise of visiting chefs. These very special dinners feature themed menus coupled with wines from new and old world vineyards selected with care and precision by the hotel’s Sommelier Marc Bittner.
